An idea to allow Morde back into the solo lane

Mordes main reason for not being able to solo lane is because his W is useless there. Plainly allowing him to use it on himself without restriction would just allow solo morde to hard solopush lanes again.

Allow Morde to target enemy champions. Morde gets no movement or reduced movement speed toward the target and the effect is only active when in proximity to the targeted enemy champion. Morde can trade but not autopush unless fighting an enemy champion. No double stacking.

Keeps Morde incentivized to go bot while not having a useless skill in a solo lane. Morde will still use his W on an ally when around but when alone in bot, cant get close enough to activate W so little change. Hes not gonna be hard pushing the lane if his support isnt around.
