So, I've been sitting in Queue for almost 20 minutes waiting for a game to start, takes 5-minutes for a queue to pop up then someone forgets they have to lock in and the process starts all over again, can we please revert the need to Locking in a ban or champion?

Im in silver 3 and im having 10+ minute queues. Pure sadness._.

Dam this queue is really long for some reason, maybe they changed it so premades dont get matched with Solo players so were taking a long time to get into a game
