Dodging punishment

Can we please weaken the punishment of dodging in ranked ques. Maybe its not that big of a deal for most people, but for the people who get stuck in bronze and want to work out of it but keep getting stuck with trolls it's pretty annoying. dodging for some people really is just a better choice, when you have people trolling in champ select it's obviously better off not playing with them, or if your teammates aren't getting along with the simple champ select its obvious they're not going to work well together. Counting a dodge as a lost game and having 2 dodges gives you a half hour que seems a bit steep, maybe keep it to the 5 minute que and only lose half a games ip for dodging. I'm not trying to act like I should be a plat or anything not sure if I am better than bronze, but when playing a team game and a lot of the people you get ranked with are really just in the game to make people mad, or just are to suborn to follow the rules of draft pick shouldn't mean I should get punished. I'm really tired of the "(insert role here) or I'll feed" or the people who choose a role that's already taken.
