Jhin as an adc

Man I loved Jhin as a character since I started playing the game which, but unless the opponent is trash or you get ridiculously fed he's so... Ugh, he can do so much smack damage for sure but out him against any other adc at the same 'fed level' and he loses, Idk maybe I'm just stupid but he's one of the worst adcs and he's so cool. Can't they make him like a revolver wielding dude that can quick fire or some shit, he just can't sustain in a fight or do anything nearly as good as any other adc... I mean why play jin when there's Draven who is a harder hitter and has a faster and more mobile kit? Give i say remover the 4 shot thing maybe make it 6 or whatever and turn him into a gunslinger type thing... Faster attacks more survivability, he just can't hold up at all, and don't get me started if you fall slightly behind... Omg GG RIP

... Yeah, no. Everything about Jhin is designed around the number 4 for a variety of reasons(one of the big ones being that it sounds like "death" in Chinese, and that fits Jhin's serial killer/assassin character). Removing that would greatly fuck up his identity and thematic.

Jhin is literally one of the best ADCs in the game right now. He's got a high playrate and decent-high winrate across all elos.

Even if Jhin was weak (which he isn't, he doesn't need any tuning) there are other ways to go about it than completely ruining his identity. He's a slow, heavy hitter with a lore (rather, a character trait) surrounding the number 4. It would not make sense in terms of gameplay or artistic design if they gave him a revolver and let him start stacking attack speed for more DPS.

He might be an adc, but he's way more about burst damage than he is sustained damage like every other adc. His slow, 4 shots is literally the central design choice of the character so maybe he's just not for you.

i like jhin over draven because i dont have to worry about his axe mechanic and he has better range and utility with his skills.

also as far as winrate goes he's in the top 5 adcs up to plat. so he's not bad in the first place

I think I just had a fit of rage because I usually get pretty fed in lane then after early game my team fed the adc and then that adc us 100% stronger... With similar kills and such

But yeah Im seeing my error now, thx guys
