Minor Draven QoL Buff.

Draven has always been a very fun champion to play and is tremendously effective when mastered. However one thing I always felt is a bit clunky is when an axe drops behind a wall of minions and you effectively have no chance to get it. It's aggravating for the Draven player and can really stymie lane aggression in a way that feels unfair to the Draven player. I don't think it is too unreasonable to request that either his passive grant him ignored unit collision or even just add it on to his W steroid to give him opportunities to catch axes he'd normally not be able to and as a way to make his gameplay more consistent and less prone to failure he cannot control especially when safer lane bullies like Lucian and Corki can do similar damage with double the consistency and safety. Does this seem like something that could be done without totally breaking balance?

If anything I would think adding it to his W when activated is better. Usually champions that have no unit collision are either not strong offensively (like Janna) or are slower then usually (like Fizz).

I like the idea of adding that to his W, to be honest. It would make him slightly less god-like at never using mana, and add the opportunity to keep your Q's momentum.
