Taliyah w "lockout"

I think taliyahs initial terrible winrate is partially due to the weird feel of her w. I'm talking about the double cast, but specifically what happens if you don't double cast. Currently on live if you only press the first cast of the w you are unable to cast any other spells until you press the second cast or if you wait for the spell to "time out". This leaves a really awkward playstyle as your first w cast acts like a soft silence and if you want to use w to chain cc you give up damage and zone control with other spels. Or if you misinput and dont press the second cast accurately you cant use the rest of your combo. I obviously feel that Taliyah should be changed so that her spells are still castable inbetween her 2 w casts.
