So i am a kat main i get a ton of kills but i never get a s because i dont farm because im roaming and getting kills so even if i go 37-10 i still dont get a s i feel like that is stupid because in that game i had inters and i carried and i got a A+ that is so stupid a rengar that went 15-10 with 300 cs got a S I had 200 farm at 40 minutes i know that was bad but i didnt feel like killing minions just to farm i just killed minions to push because i was at full build already.

Get good farm (7/min should be enough) with a good KDA, especially low deaths, and you'll get an S easily.

Lets say you are 5/0/0 with 50 CS, But the enemy laner is just hard farming and giving 0 fucks. He has 120CS,
The enemy laner is actually only 5 CS worth of gold behind you if every one of your kills was full gold value. (300)
Dont knock CS. Its incredibly important. Essentially the way it works is that If you miss More that 15 CS to get a kill. Then the kill wasnt worth it.
