How i think they should've nerfed Yasuo

So with the Yasuo nerfs on the PBE i didn't really like it since no matter the cooldown Yasuo has a time period where he cannot dash to a unit he recently dashed too so even if the cooldown is 1 second or 0 seconds he wont be able to dash on you again for 10/9/8/7/6 seconds which is way more than the actual cooldown of the skill so by the time you use your E you won't be able to use it until the 10/9/8/7/6 seconds have passed even dashing through minions during laning phase is limited because of this On-Target cooldown i personally think that the changes should be that his On-Target cooldown would be increased while keeping the E cooldown the same as it is this would mean Yasuo is still able to poke but not as frequently giving some room for the opponent also another change would be the enemy will be able to see the On-Target cooldown on them so they know when they can play aggressive and when they should play safe, I don't think they should be able to see the minions cooldown since that would get rid of the play safe aspect and make it too easy. These are just my thoughts on how the Yasuo changes should have been since the problem is that he can go in and out too frequently and changing his E cooldown means nothing when the On-Target cooldown is longer than the actual cooldown

it's not about how rapidly he can dash through the same target rather how long it takes between the dashes. With his current state facing him as a mage like vel'koz feels impossible. Don't even try landing a knockup on him whike he's dashing. Even if you correctly predict where he'll dash to, the moment your ability lands he'd already be dashing away.

With the new nerf i can at least predict where he'll dash next and actually land it when his dash is complete because he'll actually stay in that position for a longer time.

In late game a 1 sec. difference might not do much but in early game the nerf changes everyting. Hech with the coming nerfs i might stop prema banning the guy to see if dueling him is actually viable or not.

With the new nerf their focusing on how quickly he can dash between minions but i think it should be how frequently because even if he goes in he has to stay to deal enough damage and you can just save your abilites till then also increasing the on-target cooldown would mean after he goes in you have alot more time to regen or wait for cd and you know he cant dash again for a bit cause he just used 2 to get close and another 1 to go back and 2 have died

Changing his E cooldown means everything. Do you know how long a difference of .5 seconds makes in 3-4 dashes? Thats an extra 1.5-2 seconds of counterplay for the enemy. Good nerf by Riot

But according to Surrender@20 his E cd got reverted so no need to discuss this any more
