Your CS is probably what held you back from getting an S.

118 cs in 22 minutes is on the lower end, and even though you had the 2nd highest ward score, 20 wards in 22 minutes is also on the lower side as well IIRC. Having a high KDA like that is just one piece of the puzzle, CS and ward score are vital to receiving S ranks :p
