Afk's In Ranked

I am really getting tired of loosing ranked games due to an afk. So, I have come up with a plan to solve this, If leaver buster detects someone has aflkd/left then make the team who had an afk loose less LP. I would say make it be loss prevented but then when loosing someone could just take one for the team and afk to make their friend loose no LP.

If the 4man team makes the game last at least 45 minutes before losing, sure they should lose no LP. If they lose at 20-30 minutes, they were probably going to lose anyway.
