Fizz needs a revert
Fizz is melee only and ult sucks at melee range. Revert his ult and maybe make his q target champs only so he cant q a minion, e the enemy then get point blank ult. This way he can actually fight people at melee range.

Untargetability with e Bleed for 10 minutes with w Q is actually balanced Ult that cannot be missed Ult that slows for 3 minutes Ult that knock ups everyone and deals 1000 damage
