punishing afk players

These days most of the people play normaly but unfortanetely there still are games where players go afk for some reason. The afk players maybe are punished but what about players that played until the end, I have personally experienced these situations many times. I think that the players(the not afk players) should get loss prevented, at least in ranked games. However this can be easily used by players that are gonna lose but still i think something like this should be made.
