Gnar is really annoying to deal with.

I don't know. Gnar is like malphite, just building full tank items through the laning phase. but the the op thing is that Gnar has so much more dueling potential and overall damage. Even if you are ahead, it's pretty much impossible to kill Gnar and even possible to die to him unless he messes up badly. I think gnar needs to be punished a little for building full tank.. there is just no counterplay to that.
