I have all the champs but i still get champs i can purchase from the HEXTECH CRAFTING. Why ?

Mysticman891 votesThey plan on making the champ shards and/or blue essence useful to those who own all champs eventually, so they're probably worth holding on to.
One thing I've seen mentioned as a possibility by rioters is useing them to unlock rank 6/7 mastery levels, but we'll see what they do.
