Jungle

Ok so I was playing a normal game and I was jungling Warwick we had no real support because he went top for some odd reason but back to the subject here ,please tell me how a jungler should act/play the game I found some good tutorials on YouTube for ganking and jungling ,and they were great and had some really good points like: gank a lane that has better advantage, or like an over extended lane so on and so on. But in that game my mid laner kept pinging me to gank mid and help right when I had just started clearing out the jg. I had no way to gank my mid lane because they where over extending and they weren't playing safe at all. I also told them I couldn't gank if they kept over extending. So, I ganked my bot lane because their lane opponent was over extending and well we got the kills and so during the game I continued to get my team kills but, I could do nothing to get my mid Laner a kill or even help because they were to busy saying that I was a terrible jungler. Also we won the game too. So what I would like to know is did I make the right move? Also some tips or anything else on jungling would be helpful too.

most cerebral role. Basics you should work on, Pathing, lane matchup knowledge, knowing your champion, map awareness. Jungles mostly about using math to make the most efficient decisions and the rest is with variables and decisions on the go. All of this influences questions like "when to gank" "when to farm" ect ect. I recommend just watching a low elo coaching video with a jungler on Ls's youtube channel.
