Syndra should have Lux's ult-kill reset!

So we have two champions, one of them consistently has a positive win-rate while the other is amongst the lowest in the game. Not only that, but lets consider who generally deserves an ult-kill reset more. Does it belong more to an upbeat cheerful teenage girl that can burst and snipe people from a rather unprecedented range for most burst-mages and still have a life-line on hand (therefor having a lower associated risk since she can flat out do it from a kazillion miles away burst or not) or should it be the Dark Sovereign who is all about greater, unrestrained power and has demonstrated in her lore to constantly be aggressive? Not just that, but mechanically speaking there's more associated risk as well since not only does her ultimate involve her going in closer but it also involves casting her lifeline in an offensive manner as well.

Yeah, cd reset on point and click spell taking almost full hp bar, this sounds like a good idea.

Honestly, Syndra's passive is just hilariously awful since average gametime ends so short. When is the last time your syndra reached lvl 18?

Lux's Ult doesn't reset on an ult kill. it just refunds 40% of the cooldown.

Syndra also has 4 damaging abilities to Lux's 3 (3 and a half if you count her passive).

Zed too Ekko too Evelynn too

Because Syndra getting a first kill in a teamfight would be insta-win if she manages to spawn this much balls, she can just CC the entire enemy team

Syndra's gameplan is dynamic, Lux's gameplan is static. Lux's CD reset doesn't become absurd because you usually need to land Q. This would also cause her ult to do even more damage per kill and thats not how resets generally work.

Definitely no.

I already see enough of crybabies whining about her R as it is, while it's actually in much better spot. Q's are much harder to stack thanks to the removal of her old hideous Q passive barf

Syndra is fine, though one day she could surely use an actual passive :D
