Yorick's (W) Questions

So this season I've started to play more Yorick and feel like I have a good grasp on his abilities. I noticed, however, in one of my recent games against a Fiora top lane, Yorick's (W) Dark Procession seemed to have a strange nuance with Fiora's (W) Riposte and Tower Aggro.

During this game, on a single occasion, when I used Yorick's (W), the Fiora also used her (W) and riposted my wall which caused me to be stunned. Apparently, my wall displaced her slightly. I am curious Yorick's (W) that counts as an immobilization to proc the stun from Fiora's (W).

Later in the game, I used Yorick's (W) to zone off the Fiora under her tower and gained Tower Aggro. Again, I apparently displaced the Fiora slightly which caused the tower to target me. I have a few questions for this one:

(1): Does displacement with no damage cause Turret Aggro (2): Should Yorick's (W) cause a displacement? (3): Is this a bug or a mechanic that I just didn't know about.

Thank you for viewing this post. Sorry if it is not formatted right or something is wrong with it, this is my first post. Also, sorry I didn't include the replay of the game, I'm not sure how to add it on here or download to YouTube or some other site without recording my screen. Unfortunately, I can't even view it now as I have updated to the newest patch; but, I do have it saved still.

Thank you again!

The wall knocks up anyone caught on the edges when it forms. The second one i haven't seen before? Did one of your ghouls start munching?

I don't know if they still do, but Trundle's pillar and Anivia's wall at least used to deal 1 damage to targets they directly hit. If they still do, I wouldn't be surprised is Yorick's W does the same, which would explain the turret aggro.

I can confirm what both the others said, Yorick wall is a displacement which counts as hard cc and to make it work properly it is coded to do 1 damage to enemies which is enough to draw turret aggro.

I actually does 0 damage, but is a displacement, and does draw tower aggro. It is intended, as it is meant to disrupt certain channeled effects (like Sion Q charge, teleport, and many other channeled skills). Very handy against Shen trying to ult too.

Edit: Riposte is intended to stun you on reflecting W. It doesn't happen too often though as it's hard to line up and time it.
