Anyone else getting fucked over by new report system?

so i have been playing league lately and there has been an increased number of trolls/AFKs/ass hats playing and i think this is because of the new report system. because anytime i call someone out or say anything i get reported for "verbal abuse" or something along those lines, now i get some people don't like when i curse but two things, one they league of legends game has a setting so you do not have to see when a person curses and are not able to even if u want to unless u take it off yourself and if you do and see a word you don't like well guess what that's your fault, and two I HAVE A RIGHT BYE THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH I CAN SAY WHAT EVER THE HELL WHEN EVER THE HELL I WANT (as long as its not public security and ext) AND ILL BE DAMNED IF I LET SOME GAME SAY I CANT. given there are some things that cross the line, but i don't say them i'm not saying i'm going to kill someone, or that i'm going to shoot or even say any shit about that person, outside of the game! but! if your in a game trolling or being an ass hat you better bet your Jimmys i'm going to call your fucking ass out for it and i'm going to tell them to report you but recently guess what it doesn't fucking matter because of the new report system it only looks at chat not the game or anything so they can just turn there chat off and be allowed to stand in the middle of the fucking lane feeding the other team more gold and kills then a Yorick with an guardian angle (for those who don't know it use to glitch so he died over and over feeding the team roughly 120 kills a minute + = insta fed but that's off point) but so long as they dont say one of the few key words the system looks for they are k, and so the other person trying to play the game gets fucked over, has a horrible game and waist of time just to get in trouble for calling out some troll for the shit he does. god knows Dick-Tron must be having the time of his life right now with all this shit so i ask that league fix your shit or i can see a big decrease in players pretty soon because there are a hell of a lot more problems with league Right Now that i know not only I am haing but many more ranging from champs that need some clean up and re-working to the fact that there are so many champs in the game that are stupidly op right now it will not matter what you do anyway because if one lane gets fed be sure they will be coming to your lane next so its like there is no meta like everyone thinks there is no adc meta there is no tank meta or top meta or anything there is one meta and that's the OP meta where any champ that is op gets it all try all u want but you will never be able to kill a Vayne with full items unless its 1v5 even then she will rob kill 1 or 2 of u so yeah thanks league for turning a game i once loved to spend time playing to something that i don't even feel is the same game anymore.
