Tips for getting out of s1?

So, After promptly gliding right out of silver 2 yesterday, I hit a brick wall of just, absolute gutter trash. Im trying all i can to force my team to win, but when people wont group or just feed and flame, I've been maining taric because of his ability to keep the adc alive or whoever needs to be saved but even when doubling my teams hp in a fight theyve fed too hard and we lose regardless. I can't roam because my adc will die the millisecond im not with them.

Another quirk i've noticed is that alot of losses are from comp alone. When people Decide let's ezreal jungle, Or lux into a yas. and get stomped because lackluster picks. I mean, what more can be done besides banging my head on this brick wall. I've already tried jungling but no amount of ganks can stop a feeding team. so that's why i went to support to prevent so much feeding from bot lane if nothing else. So should i just keep going at it, Or what?

...Okay...I suggest you go top. And pick a tank. Pick the right tank, and you can make up for a shit comp. I actually love Shen for this.

Can't do anything about them counterpicking themselves, unfortunately. But, as Shen, you can do a lot to keep them alive. And you have CC, initiation, peel, are durable and generally opt into item 3748 for damage. You also tend to be able to keep people from tilting, because nearly everybody appreciates having you.

You can also easily prevent botlane from feeding quite as bad like this. You just need to make sure they play safe until you hit level 6.

I mean gitting the gud is always a good answer, I used to main sion jungle for the reason on keeping people alive through that Stun but I might try it in a norm and see, or make my duo do shen :D

You honestly need to start getting to Gold around the beginning of the season. End of the season people are generally more inclined to troll and gate players from reaching gold.

My computer Kinda died for most of the season, and i haven't had stable internet for 2 years until recently, so wish i could've and will for sure do in s8 if the game doesnt push me out

Checking your match history, you seem like a solid player - I see one big red flag, as a plat support main.

On your game losses, you tend to have a LOT of deaths. Enough that I feel like you definitely fed on a few of them. You need to get better at turning around bad games and doing better once you've died once or twice.

I mean, yeah for sure, but a good bit of those deaths happen after someones long since fed. i know a big mistake is dying to save others. But i always kinda feel inclined too. I think i've had at most 3 deaths in lane at worst. But, is there anything else i could improve on? Items that are sleeper good on support right now?

Silver adcs and supports are horrible with game knowledge and positioning. Trust me on this, pick yorick, get move speed quints and abuse the hell out of your opponents. Most of the time silver adcs and supports will panic as soon as you run at them and frankly they won't have a clue how to deal with you, it'll be like taking candy from children. Just destroy bot. oh and don't hover yorick before your team bans

Let me come up with a goal for you: Aim for 5 or less deaths per game. Especially if it is a game where you think you are going to lose. You always want to be aware of WHO is fed on the enemy team and be absolutely sure not to give them anymore kills. If they got fed in the first place, it stands to reason they are one of the best players on the enemy team. approach them with extreme caution and don't give them any more kills.

As for tips? Hard to recommend anything specific without watching your play. Also the support meta is going to get turned on its head in 2 weeks anyway.

I'd also say to suggest picking 1 core champion and try to main them, rather than attempt to counter pick. Counter picking doesn't really become applicable until Platinum and up.
