I am Gold 4 and I have Iron 4s in my ranked games

I can't queue with people from bronze because it says that there is a skill gap because we are 2 ranks apart. Why is it allowed for me to play with and against people that are 3 ranks lower than me.

Rush is Iron 4, so you cold be facing a challenger player

Because its just rank display, their mmr is quite high, in other words, even if you wanted to play again with them in a party you couldn't because of the rank difference, but if they queue, they can be in your games. I know, its dumb.
