Show Other People Pings/fps?

So if your that type of person you hate when some people say that they have a high ping. 50% chance they're lieing and the other 50% chance they're for reals. It would be great if we can actually see other peoples ping. I mean cant we, Gmod has some sort of thing like that and I think If we got to see other people pings there wont be any more Excuses for lags and 1v1's with friends.

Trivia: way back when I started playing you would actually see people's ping in the loading screen. It was removed on the basis that it "allowed bullying" or whatever BS.
