I already like death's dance as it is btw but its a pretty expensive item, please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but aoe damage only gets 5% lifesteal as is, which doesnt make sense because vamp scepter passive gives you 10% lifesteal

archerno11 votesThats because Vampiric Scepter only heals from basic attacks. Deaths Dance heals from abilities that do physical damage too. For example, Deaths Dance heals u when u hit someone with Q as Pantheon. Vampiric Scepter doesnt.
Espy Psyche1 votesI do think it needs a buff though. Theoretically, Death's Dance should be a god tier item on someone like Garen.
AD? Check. CDR? Check. Healing off every tick of your E? Check. Delayed damage so you live longer? Check.
But very few people build it on him. Which tells me the item is undertuned and getting outpaced by other items.
