Caitlyn's Traps in 3v3

She has a limit of 5 traps which seems kind of ridiculous since she can lay them one after another and completely cut off a lane, there has been a surplus of players playing caitlyn that i have seen. My last 5 games alone have had a caitlyn on the opposite team. Its also much worse when the cait knows how to play because most champs are at a disadvantage with her insane range and increased damage when you step on a trap. Just a suggestion but changing the limit of current traps to 3 or giving a cool down between laying traps. Also her passive damage scaling with crit chance and crit damage? Come on.
