"The Dealer"

Me and my friends had a funny Idea. How about every 100 games (Summoner related) There will spawn "The Dealer" on the River. "The Dealer" will behave weird. He will constantly scratch his arm and head, and hell keep looking around. If you go near him he will say "Hey bro wanna buy some stuff?/Hey Bro i got some nice Stuff here" (To males) and "Hey girl c-c-come here, i got ya some nice stuff you might need/Hey Girl wanna get some rare stuff?" (To females). And if you click on him youll get to a ingame shop were you can buy EVERY SINGLE ITEM THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED. Items that got changed like Zhonyas will NOT be in there, cuz they are still in game. But items like Mana pot, Deathfire Grasp and so on will be in this store. The items can be bought with the normal ingame money which you get from farming and killing.

I thought its a funny Idea. But i wanna know, what do you think about it? Stupid? Silly? Nice? please excuse my bad englisch. Im not really the best with grammatics, but im sure you uderstand me.

It's an idea I'd love to see in a new game mode. It's a horrible idea for regular games.

Those items were removed for a reason. While it would be cool to have them again, it would be game breaking to allow them to be used again.

^ And a very strange way to incorporate it into the game. Every 100 games? Why? And would it only be for you? Then your allies/enemies would be really confused as to why/how you got those items, until they realize that this is your "Dealer" game, which gives you an unfair advantage.

Maybe in some sort of alternative game mode as suggested, or maybe in a sandbox.

(TequilaZombie, I know I am technically replying to you, but I basically just wanted to quote you, ... and I'm too lazy to undo what I already did so far)

Fair enough. It's also easier to keep related stuff linked. The way this forum works is weird.
