no his R got a buff but the rest of his skills are too weak in blue mode

yes he can dish out damage at times but 90% of the time no he hits like a pillow

sorry i play him top and win my lane most of the time and he is decent in team fights but his assassin mode i made a build for it but its very proc heavy just to hit close to 2000 damage, so it takes work

no his blue is in a horrible spot i never use only to get my achievements but after that he lacks in areas thats Rhasst can just do better he needs buff
