How am I supposed to climb when bot lane feeds every game?

Learn bot lane and take control. Right now the meta is all about the ADCs so the best way to climb is to be the ADC and take fate into your own hands.

Either play bot yourself, or play someone that can stop them from feeding. Shen is amazing for this.
