Should boosted players receive lesser lp?

Climbing in solo can be a slow and dull grind especially when there are so many boosted players that ride on the good players' performance but when it goes so far that a player literally has around 0.0-0.5 kdr and feeds in every game but is somehow still a gold player and still being able to get around 50% winrate something is wrong with the ranking system.

I am suggesting a voting system where players can vote on those that did not perform well, I am not talking about those that might have had a bad game, I am talking about those that you ping alot of times beforehand but they somehow still head in 1v3 and die. If these players win they will likely play next game and ruin the game for their teammates.

If you get 2 or more players to vote on you, you should automatically receive lesser lp -perhaps even all the way down to 0 lp.

What do you guys think?

lol people would vote no out of spite over a bad game for any reason

this is voting thing is a big no.

you would have no hard evidence that someone is "boosted" no way you could prove it. it would be a bunch of salty people voting no on others cuz someone did something they didnt like

Imo it would be relatively easy to "prove" that a player got boosted if he had a score like 0 8 2 while all of his teammates had 2 kdr+ and still won, that coupled with votes from both enemy team and his own would make it pretty easy to know if he got boosted or not. Pretty similar to the afk voting.
