Frozen mallet sucks
The new black cleaver looks great but now just make brutalizer build into frozen mallet and everybodies happy :)

Just want to say how un important brute can be, 9 arm pen marks, 9 Cdr glyphs + 1 cdr quint, and a pick axe are the same as getting a brutalizer for 875g and it 1.52 more armor pen......just saying it ain't that big of a deal when a phage's passive is way more useful
why does there need to be a 5th AD pen item? You have warriors, BC, LW, ghostblade.

Frozen Mallet: (Brutalizer + Phage + [x] gold)
50 AD 250 HP 10% CDR Unique Passive 'Rage': Basic attacks steal 10% of targets Armor and 20% of their Movement Speed (half value on ranged attacks) for 2 seconds.
Frozen Mallet is "bad" for a reason. They don't want you to buy it most of the time.
Frozen Mallet is actually a very good item, it just has a crappy recipe. I believe it's the first item to rush on Gnar.
If they made the recipe better, it would be much more worth buying on a lot of champs to help with being kited. Maybe if Icy was applied on physical damage instead of basic attacks?
