go there, and look at every role
if they're not in the top 10, they're not strong in the current meta
if they're not top 15-20, without also having a huge ban rate, they're pretty weak
if they are not on the list for that role, don't fucking play them in that role

He is too squishy, but has nice self peel.
Well his passive reduces magic resistance and he has zero AD scaling or autoattack steroids in his kit so....
