Champion.gg (Plat+) has him at a 50.81% winrate. Champion.gg (Bronze) has him at a 49.04% winrate. League of Graphs has him at pretty much the same stats across all ELOs. (49-50%) His highest winrate is a 51% from OP.GG and even then, it's not that high or supported with enough evidence to warrant nerfs.

You picked a late game ADC into probably the strongest marksman in the lane phase. Why are you surprised you got destroyed?
