Are you going to fix this awful matchmaking?

Honestly, the queue times are awful. I can wait 40 minutes for a game because of people dodging, not accepting the queue check, trolling lobby with spam causing others to leave, etc. If someone dodges queue, make them wait the average time for a game - 30 minutes. Put a spam filter on lobby so people can't fill it with caps and talk about how they are going to troll, or allow us to kick them.

TLDR: this queue system is allowing trolls to cause 40 minute waits for a game.
