Why haven't you re-queued? I always re-queue if it's taking longer than 3 minutes, and usually find a match within 30 seconds.

Well I see you haven't reached level 30 yet. That might be one of the issues. I would also recommend what Rocky2 said and re-queue after about 3 minutes. If you are a smurf, I have no sympathy for you, but if you are truly a newcomer and have not reached level 30 with another account I would try other roles. You will learn what different supports, jungles, and adcs skills sets are and become a better player overall. Everybody knows Thresh likes to hook and Blitz likes to pull, but if you play the champ for yourself you will understand what methods work best. Knowing this you can more easily avoid this nasty cc.
