Remove/Nerf Vayne

Can go 0-100 in lane and still get a penta by level 15, can 3 shot any champion in the game by level 15 regardless if they have armor or not does not matter, zero skill, no cool downs, and the best part can stop an assassin who's soul purpose is to kill an ad carry. I understand that she is suppose to kill tanks but how in the world is it fair to 3 or maybe 4 shot them when they have full armor and health. Furthermore she can also do this to mid laners, jg etc... like i said ANY champion.
