Minimum amount of Games played on new Champion before entering Ranked

Hello there! As i've recently witnessed in Ranked, alot of people play Champions they have no experience on and ruin games drastically for 4 other people atleast. It is very frustrating to play with someone who has no experience on their Champion, add to that, that they are maybe autofilled, and dont know their role that well... You have disaster incoming.

I'd love to see a system that avoids having first time Champ Players in Ranked Lobbys. it creates a very negative Game for the Team that has the Player and can lead to verbal exchanges that dont go the way Riot wants them to. And that would be kinda the fault of RiotGames because they dont keep players like this out of a competitive environment that is Ranked.

So if you wanted to trade with every champion in champion select you would have to go and play 143 normal games...

I agree with this should be a minimum of at least 15 normal games so at least you somewhat understand the champion. If you were truly a smurf and already know the champ you could have played it will leveling. BTW YOU'RE NOT A SMURF UNLESS YOU'RE ABOVE DIAMOND 2
