I say yas will beat a yi lategame because that build includes phantom + ninja tabi all have a hard impact on yis damage. I know he has a lot but if yas gets 2 Qs then its Gg from that point and he will prob have the same attack speed honestly yet critting

Those items have a girlish impact on Yi's damage. Yi has potentially the best DPS in the entire game. Yes, that includes Vayne.

No meta Yasuo build gets as much attack speed as Master Yi. Yi can easily get 2.5 attack speed on an on-hit build, 2.2 or so with a crit build. Yasuo caps out at around 1.8 or so with that build (I've played it).

Either on-hit or probably even crit beats Yasuo 1v1. The former out-sustains and out-DPS's Yasuo, the latter bursts him down.

You do realize that Master Yi will commonly build Ninja Tabi and Phantom Dancer against certain team compositions, right?

Those items are probably even more effective against Yasuo than they are against Master Yi. Yasuo doesn't have on-hit true damage (which ignores damage reduction) and Ninja Tabi reduces the damage dealt by Yasuo's Q (AFAIK).
