What is the interaction with Three Talon Strike and Sated Devourer?

Which led me to believe that it's simply two basic attacks. Three Talon Strike is around for the second hit, so I'm not quite sure how it would work.

either nothing or he will proc the knock up in the third hit not sure but i don't think so. his q and reksai q is different form normal in hits effect

Ah, sorry, should've specified. I was referring to whether or not it would take 2 hits or 3 hits to proc the knock up/consume all stacks.

i mean, i understand that question but i dont understand whatever meddler talks about and what it would have to do with your question at all.

three-talon-strike requires three auto attacks to proc the knockup and consume all stacks.

tho, what does it have to do with "devourer", the jungle upgrade?

There will be a new "Sated Devourer" where Devourer upgrades into after a certain number of stacks, and procs a double basic attack every other attack.

ah, all right i see. sounds like a completely ridiculous item but yes, if it works exactly that way, it will proc three talon strike in two auto attacks.

I think what Meddler is trying to say is that Sated Devourer will act like a regular auto-attack. Meaning On-Attack modifiers like Xin Zhao's Three Talon Strike and single-use on-hits such as Nasus's Siphoning Strike won't (or shouldn't) interact with Sated Devourer, but on-hit effects resulting from basic attacks, i.e. Ekko's passive, Aatrox's Blood Price, Teemo's E, Blade of the Ruined King, will be applied a second time.

An additional side-note, abilities that would cause you to hit twice with a singular auto-attack, i.e. Lucian and Master Yi's passives, will only be counted once for Sated Devourer, not twice.
