Riot going crazy please fix this

So I started playing this fucking game not a long time ago and I am not really active to it. But anyways game style that im using I learned from a friend he teached me whats what and how to play. Now on the thing im currently level 23 and went into normal draft pick game. Also I get autofilled mainly support 75% of my games. Anyways when I get lanes that I wanna play the fucking game puts me to play agains tryharders that are more advanced , play more, and that are 5x bigger level then I am. Honnestly this is unfair you are giving me who is 23rd level to play vs someone who is level 233 diamond 3 elo. Think about it a little bit. Also almost every player that is much advanced then us (me or my team) is soo toxic. If anywant finds himleft in these pictures and doesn't want me to put them message me to detele it.
