Abuse of the Reporting System

I made a new account and I have played 20 games without talking in chat once to anyone. My last game was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My entire team was negative and it was a 5v4. We had the upper-hand but my team must have been all new players. At the end of the game my teammates were all negative 8 at least and I was the only person with 13+ kills and a positive K/D. I kept trying to surrender so that I could get the most out of my XP Boost. My teammates kept refusing to surrender but none of them would talk in chat or explain why they would't press yes. I finally broke my 20 game silence to ask why they wouldn't press yes. I explained to them that they were all negative and that I would really like to move onto the next game. They said I was negative and then never surrendered. The game went on for 50 minutes until we finally lost. At the end of the game my entire team reported me. I was polite and didn't use any profane language but I was reported for offensive language. I have a feeling I'm going to get banned. I decided not to ever talk in game because I was afraid I would get reported.

TLDR: I played 20 games without talking, First game I say anything at all I got reported. I didn't use any profane language and was reported for offensive language. Will I get banned?
