When I am playing league occasionally a crossed sword and staff will appear above my champion (they are spectral almost, see through), seemingly for no reason. Does it have something to do with stealth champions? Or is it just random...

That would be one of your runes activating at about 9-10 minutes. I can not remember which one it is.... there is the shield for the conditioning in resolve... i think that sword and staff is the CDR from Sorcery?
Do someone have an actual answer? I was "teaching" the game to my girlfriend and she asked me what was that sword and I didn't even ask myself when I saw it first, but now I really want to find out.
