Riot is at the mercy of hackers

I just played a ranked game I manage to overcome my junglers feed 0/9/4 and I destroyed them in lane but at some random moment it appeared on my screen attempting to reconnect and I had perfect Internet connection my phone was on Internet and was working fine with no Internet issues but I could not reconnect for 5 mins then we lost all team fights because the person who carried my team was me and I could not play with 00 fps and 150 ms end eventually we lost... My point is that if you get hacked and some idiots are cheating with illegal programs to drop enemys team fps and increase their ms there is no point to play such a dangerous game by which we possibly get a virus by them and lose many important files so you must do something to punish them... Furthermore you should punish people who feed and sit afk in lane without even press a single ability Please go check my game and see what happened... I was playing miss fortune
