well. it takes 6 autos to stack it right? at that point. you already applied your passive and after that one auto applies it so you can't really be sure of that its quite impossible.

darius passive has the same cd as guniso stacks.

i can't think of a way that you can be sure of it. its impossible.

Cap the blade on some minions and the start fighting a champion. It will apply the stacks faster.

Darius passive isn't an on-hit. It's an effect that activates on physical damage from his basic attacks and abilities. Phantom-hit isn't physical damage from his basic attacks and abilities, so it doesn't proc his passive..
