Gold Team Matched Against Diamond Players

I'm a bit confused how my Gold 4 team gets match a game consisting of 3 Diamond 5's, 1 Diamond 2 , and 1 Master player. Makes me cry ;(

Nobody plays ranked 5s outside of ward farmers. Ranked 5s MMR is heavily based on SoloQ MMR.
