With the recent nerfs I usually go ghost blade into Tiamat into BC
CDR is really nice now.
are the items I normally see. Your Full combo is easy if you read the descriptions on what damage gets enhanced

Just read some guides on the various websites (e.g. lolking/solomid/mobafire). There you can find most of the things you need to know.
well the combos are different depending on the situation
e>aa>q>r>w with tiamat somewhere in there is standard r>e>aa>q>w when you use r for stealth kills w>e>aa>q earlier to get the slow for extra dmg
i like ghostblade (serrated dirk first), tiamat, duskblade
