Fizz Dude i think this champ now is pretty shitty because his passive sucks ... Now this champ should be out of league of legends because it doesn't deal any damage ... it was such an awesome champ with an awesome mechanics that could kill any champ in 3 abilities if its feed enough ... like other chamops such as yasuo and zed now i can't play this champ anymore because it's getting me bored

On a balance/power level Fizz is fine.
