10 bans would be so bad because then the amount of champions you have to acquire before you can actually play ranked increases drastically.
Vladimir isn't even remotely op, just get mortal reminder, then he can't do a thing.
You want to ban the lowest WR top laner in the game? every match? :( sad face.
yup but he is still a pain in the dick so if you want to ban him do it. i guess thats the point of 5 bans any way to let each person ban a champ they hate.
