Pentakill Mordekaiser's Dance Emote.

Why doesn't Pentakill Mordekaiser have him playing a Pentakill song? Why not do something similar to Yorick's Pentakill skin? I'd originally posted this on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Venom_Sanke/status/1138464178883239936 but was redirected here by Riot "Platy". Just really curious why this wouldn't be the case, feels like a very big missed opportunity.
