Sion passive is quite annoying

Hey guys I am here to share with you how fair that strategy can be and how little counterplay there is to it. I think its time for some rework on Sions passive because he has been the top tier top lane pick at the start fo the season ( with Banner of the Command [ rip ] ) and now hes getting picked again in the top lane ( pro play ) and in the mid lane aswell and now we have to deal with something new known as "inting sion". So I had to deal with that crap some minutes ago and its so unfair to play against it. I rather lose to a Jax perma split pushing than to this. At least Jax we can kill him. Sion ? A very big NOPE ! ( and i dont want to imagine it with zilean ult plus guardian angel )
I got priority in the top lane since he was inting but I was never able to get the first blood tower because whenever I was going for it either he had TP to teleport either he would ult to lane. And I would ve to rush to my lane so I wouldn't lose mine. When I had to roam because my team was losing hard in the other side of the map I would give pressure up in order to aid my team. So we won some fights and we were able to get Baron Nashor. When we got to siege because our team comp sucked at sieging we would have to threat a dive in order to get towers. Believe it or not while we were trying to get mid tower Sion ulted in the top lane took our top lane inib and both nexus towers and when we were able to recall and kill him what took at least 5 rotations of Aatrox Qs ( including passive ) his team arrived to destroy the nexus.

I think it is for everyones sake his passive to do 0 damage to towers, or at least MUCH LESS, and to compensate that he would have more time alive or more movement speed so he could be more annoying in teamfights and be a bigger threat. Thats my suggestion because this isn't fair at all to play against. I mean what he did was much less skilled than I had to do in order to TRY to win the game. Since Sion has been a top pick for a long time now either in SoloQ and pro play I think its time to give other tanks some love. And I am not a fan of tanks but i rather deal with a very tanky Cho'Gath or Malphite. Think about a way to balance this champion and his passive but from now on in every game i play hes gonna be a perma ban. Not going to lose against this again.
