Nidalee cougar abilities need mana costs.

Before the rework, many people was b*tching about adding mana cost to cougar form, but since it was available a level 6 it was "ok". Kinda weak early game until level 6, like our friend But now her cougar form is available at level 1, like and they have mana cost on their abilities, so why not ? This is not a "ZOMG NIDALEE OP NERF RITO PLOX" but a formal (and reasonable) suggestion.
