Riot Taking a Dump all over Ad Carry

How come riot is just taking a crap all over Ad mains? Is riot truly trying to make them irrelevant? first we get tanks one shotting carries with an iceborn gauntlet. Now they are nerfing Quicksilver Sash so that ad carries cant protect themselves from assassinations. Now they are doing Mage updates so that they have no problems blowing up the carries. not to mention lowering the base magic resistance of all the MR items making it even easier for mages to kill them. What the hell is riot trying to do? why not do a more significant change to adc so that they can actually be relevant instead of sitting scared because everyone in the match can one shot their ass.
