alerting a big issue in matchmade games

hi there, i have been playing lol for quite a long time and now we have ran into a problem, in matchmade servers, some plyers join and they r BOTS from the manner of champ in game u find it out, they all have a mastery lvl 5 or more and repeated skins for example i saw 2 ghost bride morganas today!! i think u do should do something and just 1 more thing, i got quite a weird message from a friend with the username folrimous that was: i have gotten a link for free skins and i searched the link, there was a site just like urs and i should have logged in with my lol userpass, fortunatelly, i didnt log in but u should concern about other players thanks for this awesome game, Bye ;-)\
